Key points of installation and operation of air duct on fan
1. The spiral duct of the fan and the exposed part of the transmission device of the fan shall be provided with a protective cover. When the air inlet or air inlet pipeline of the fan is directly connected to the atmosphere, a protective net or other safety measures shall be installed.
2. If the base of the spiral air duct of the fan is directly placed on the foundation without damping device, it shall be leveled with paired inclined sizing blocks.
3. The air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe device of the fan shall have separate support and be firmly connected with the foundation or other buildings. When the spiral air duct of the fan is connected with the fan, the flange surface shall not be hard pulled and forced, and the casing shall not bear the weight of other parts to prevent deformation.
Now follow the manufacturer of spiral cyclone pipe machine to understand the specific installation of spiral air duct:
1. The general air supply and exhaust system and ventilation system shall be installed according to the installation drawing actually designed on site, and shall be carried out under the condition that the construction of building envelope is completed, the obstacles at the installation position have been cleared and the ground is free of sundries.
2. Determine the elevation, install air duct supports and hangers, and apply one layer of antirust paint after rust removal. The lifting points of air duct supports and hangers usually adopt embedded iron parts, secondary grouting of supports and hangers, expansion bolt method or nail, etc.
3. Find out the suspender laying position according to the center line of the air duct. The single suspender is on the center line of the air duct, and the double suspenders can be installed symmetrically according to the bolt hole spacing of the tray or the center line of the air duct. The suspender can be welded on the suspender or hung on the suspender according to the form of the suspender. After welding, it shall be coated with antirust paint.
4. When installing the riser pipe clamp, first fix the upper pipe fitting, and then hang the line in the middle with a plumb hammer. The lower pipe clamp can be fixed according to the line. When the air duct is long and a row of supports need to be installed, the supports at both ends can be installed first, and then the supports at both ends shall prevail, and the elevation of the middle support shall be found out by the pull wire method for installation.
5. In order to ensure the tightness of flange interface, there shall be gasket between flanges. 8501 sealing tape, soft rubber plate and closed hole sponge rubber plate shall be used for flange gasket of general air conditioning system and air supply and exhaust system. Flange gasket shall not be squeezed or protruded into the pipe. The flange gasket shall minimize the joints. The joints shall be connected in trapezoid or tenon shape and glued firmly. It is strictly prohibited to plug the gasket into the flange gap after flange connection.
6. During flange connection, align the two flanges first, put on several bolts and load nuts, do not tighten them temporarily, then insert them into the screw holes that cannot be threaded with a sharp punch, skid the two screw holes correctly until all bolts are threaded, and then tighten the bolts. In order to avoid bolt slipping, the bolts shall be tightened gradually and evenly according to the cross. The nuts of the connecting flanges shall be on the same side. The installation pictures of the connected ventilation pipes shall be subject to the flanges at both ends. The connection of the wind passenger shall be straight during the wiring inspection.
