Installation of galvanized spiral air duct
1. Galvanized spiral duct fan equipment shall be installed horizontally, the diameter or long side size shall be less than or equal to 400mm, and the spacing shall not be greater than 4m; More than 400mm, not more than 3m. The spacing between supports and hangers of spiral galvanized spiral air duct can be extended to 5M and 3.75m respectively; For galvanized spiral air duct with sheet steel flange, the spacing between supports and hangers shall not be greater than 3m.
2. The galvanized spiral air duct shall be installed vertically, the spacing shall not be greater than 4m, and a single straight pipe shall have at least 2 fixing points.
3. Galvanized spiral air duct supports and hangers shall be selected in forms and specifications suitable for strength and stiffness according to national standard atlas and specifications. The supports and hangers of special galvanized spiral air ducts with diameter or side length greater than 2500mm, such as ultra wide and overweight, shall be in accordance with the design regulations.
4. The supports and hangers shall not be set at the air outlet, valve, inspection door and automatic control mechanism, and the distance from the air outlet or plug-in pipe shall not be less than 200mm.
5. When the length of horizontally suspended main and dry galvanized spiral air ducts exceeds 20m, fixed points to prevent swing shall be set, and each system shall not be less than 1.
6. The screw holes of the hanger shall be machined. The suspender shall be straight, and the thread shall be complete and smooth. After installation, the stress of each auxiliary support and hanger shall be uniform without obvious deformation. The tension or compression of adjustable vibration isolation supports and hangers used for galvanized spiral air duct or air conditioning equipment shall be adjusted according to the design requirements.
7. The corner of the hoop support shall be straight, and the hoop shall be close to and clamp the galvanized spiral air duct. The circular galvanized spiral air duct installed on the support shall be provided with bracket and hoop, and its arc shall be uniform and consistent with the outer diameter of the galvanized spiral air duct.
8. Inspection quantity: spot check 10% according to the quantity, and there shall be no less than 1 system.
